Chinese Conversation for Youth

The primary goal of this class is to help beginners build a solid foundation for learning Chinese as a second language. This series is designed to emphasize the development of communication skills in listening and speaking.

The chosen topics are: family members, animals, food, colors, clothing, daily articles, school facilities, transportation, etc.

The textbook “Chinese Made Easy for Kids” comprises 4 books. Each book consists of one textbook with a CD and one workbook. After completing this series, students will be able to write from memory approximately 100 simple Chinese characters, recognize over 500 Chinese characters and be able to develop listening and speaking skills from an early age.
