Tuition
fees include:
Transportation, school bus available for Beebe School student;
Afternoon snacks, consumable/supplies fees.
Registration
Fee: $125.00 (Initial and annual). All registration fees are
non-refundable.
Tuition: Tuition is billed monthly and is due by the 5 of
each month. A $25.00 late payment
fee will be assessed to your account after the 5th of the
month. Xilin
reserves the right to un-enroll any child if payment
is not made by the 5th of the applicable month. All checks should be made payable to Xilin Academy After School
Program. For a description of late
pick-up fees, please see the Parent Hand Book. Xilin reserves
the right to increase tuition and charges upon one month’s prior to
written notice.
ABSENCES: Tuition must be paid in full without deduction for
absences of any duration or for any cause, and without substitution of other
days of attendance as “make up” days. This is necessary because staffing and
other operational costs are incurred on the basis of fixed level of enrolment.
WITHDRAWAL: The obligation for full payment of
tuition continues until the date indicated by the parent or guardian as the date
of withdrawal. The parent or
guardian agrees to furnish Xilin Academy Day Care
Center with at least 15 days written notice before such date of
withdrawal.
