The mission of Xilin Association Adult Day Service (Xilin ADS) is to provide social interaction, intellectual, and social stimulation for medically and cognitively frail Asian elderly adults.

Seniors may reside in their own home, be living with a relative, or at a retirement or nursing facility and take advantage of this specialized service to meet their emotional, social, and physical care needs.

At Xilin ADS, we can work with the client’s primary physician, the case manager, and/or caregiver to evaluate each client’s personal needs. We prepare a personalized care plan for each senior based on his/her needs.

Our programs are carefully planned to meet the interests and needs of our clients’ conditions, which include:

· Therapeutic activities

· Health-related service

· Personalized care plan

· Caregiver support services

· Medication management

Transportation is available for residents living in Naperville, Downers Grove, and Milton Townships.

Cost of Service:

Every client has financial concerns about affordability and eligibility requirements. Our Xilin ADS coordinator will assist with the application process, fee schedule, and handling of paperwork with both public and private service providers.

In accordance with state law, services and employment are available at Xilin ADS, to all persons, regardless of race, sex, color, religion, national origin or disability.
